Our History
The Olympic Valet Garage stands on a site with a rich history dating back to the early 20th century. Originally home to the Olympic Theatre, completed in 1908, the venue brought motion pictures to life with a live orchestra beginning in 1911. Over time, it transitioned to burlesque performances before closing its doors in 1928.
The theater was later demolished to make way for a sleek, seven-story Art Deco building, first serving as a car dealership before evolving into a parking garage. The structure retains its architectural elegance, with layered brick pilasters emphasizing its height and a distinctive cornice adorned with ribbed concrete panels and stylized floral motifs.
In November 2024, the Olympic Garage was acquired by local investors committed to revitalizing both its historic charm and modern functionality. Plans include enhanced customer service and the addition of a climate-controlled lounge, offering a comfortable space for guests while they wait for their vehicles.
Conveniently located and steeped in history, the Olympic Valet Garage seamlessly blends past and present, delivering a refined parking experience with a touch of classic elegance.
